    The previous owner wore the tire that far. I don't think it was so much spinning the tire but just a lot of miles. The front tire was worn the same amount.

        Must be the front.. back would need something to drive the wheel.. look like Dolley wheels .

          Heat will usually soften most glues enough to make them "pliable" enough to work. Heat the rim to around 150-200F and you should be able to break the seal.

            Yes, that was the front tire and rim. I forgot to take pics of the rear tire when I was taking it off.

              I got it off now using the tool that I made to put in one of my arbor presses. There was no glue in the tire, just a lot of rust.

                Congrats on a job well done!
                I'm sure you were probably wondering what was going to be harder to do, the tire or the pics, but it looks like success on both fronts. You are now two points ahead of where you started at the beginning of this thread. Way to go!
