        Latest is that I had to make a design change once I got it running to the point in the video. I got a piece of copper for the boiler. Have been making other parts. I have to post some in progress shots.

          Some updates. I had to add another 60:1 stage, to get the correct movements. Something I miscalculated with the initial design.
          Also, this project gave me the opportunity to use the E-dividing head I built a year or so ago. I'm waiting to get one more 60 tooth gear. coming in December.

            some more:
            I'll be using this set up to put in all the rivet holes and other features around the boiler.
            I used some ABS plastic pressed into the tubing to keep it stable and turn to length.
            For reference, the copper is 3.0" x 7.0" .05 wall.

                I love it ! The valve on the steam chest is a real nice touch, many will never guess there is a electric motor.
