My daughter is vegetarian and I would like to try that loaf. Do you make it or is it store bought? Thanks. JR

Jr, I make it. Actually I’m vegan but hesitated to put that out on the initial post. Here’s a link to the recipe. I make a cashew gravy that’s real simple and tastes great. I have been vegan about 5 years. I’m 68 now and have lost about 70 lbs over a 2 year period. I went from 228 to 158. Off all Rx’s except for eye drop for pre glaucoma condition. I do yoga 3 times a week and am in better shape now than since my 20’s. One thing I am aware of that healthy food can and must taste good or I’ll revert back to eating crap. Your tastebuds can and will kill you if you let them.
                            heres the link
This vegan lentil loaf with vegan gravy is such a great recipe for the holiday season! It's festive, easy to make, healthy, and soooo delicious!

here’s the recipe I use for cashew gravy

                            1-cup raw cashew pieces
                            2-cups water
                            2-Tbsp Tamari or soy sauce
                            1-tsp onion powder
1-Tbsp arrowroot power (or corn starch)
put everything in a blender and mix well
pour into saucepan over medium heat stir constantly with wire whisk until thickened and serve immediately.
leftover can be refrigerated and will thicken up more just add more water and reheat.
                            enjoy!
