I’d like to say round head Colchester, very tentatively.
There is lettering under apron and chip pan, but I can’t quite read it. Chipmaster was a Colchester model but I can’t fit that onto the lettering.

I believe that's a Colchester variant. As above, a well-built, quality machine. (And as always, doesn't mean that particular machine is in great shape, just that it was a good brand when built.)
