  • SCHAUBLIN TOOL Shank, what is it called.?

I have some Schaublin toll holder blanks, look like a smaller version of an R 8...the straight part is 20mm. That and taper around 3 imches long, end is thraded, and some have keyway groove like R 8.
most are blanks ready to machine, one is finished and holds a shell mill. I got these from Evan, came with the little horizontal mill.
Anyone know the designation or name ? THANKS

Without any pictures it's a little hard to be 100% sure, but from what you describe it would appear to be Schaublin W20. Are the threads buttressed? That would nail it. If you're looking for nibbles- I'm biting!😉
