Lifting Bar Attachment for 7 x 12 Horizontal Bandsaw

My Jet 7" x 12" horizontal bandsaw has non-pivoting wheels. That makes them useless, since I need to turn it out from the wall to make room for the stock being cut.

I fixed the problem by fabricating an 8" long piece of 1" square tubing welded to a steel plate. The plate bolts to the end of the saw, making it easy to jack up the end and roll it out and back.

Hey that is some nice work on those saws !
For a smaller cutoff saw I did this,
When you stand up the saw, then pull out the sliding handle as the weight is mostly on the rear wheels, so picking it up
by the handle is a breeze
When I get a bigger saw , I will keep your changes in mind

I have the same saw as Metalmagpie. I did a different version for mine.
