You just need to get the right kind of geese. There's a breed known as Embden giant geese - a big male can stand five feet tall and isn't scared of anything. My grandmother had them in her yard and I remember the grief she got when one killed her neighbor's full grown German shepard. No one, and I mean no one, ever came into the yard more than once without my gmom protecting them.

Maybe more like up to 1 metre tall, but still a good size goose. Hard to miss when you kick one.

There were geese in a park area I used to walk through at lunch. Messy bastards. They had all the secretaries scared, but if they started getting funky with me, I just ducked my head at them, just like the geese do, and they scattered. A couple had to be "goosed", but they left in a hurry too.
