I had to make a new hook for Snowmobile Glove Box and needed to drill some 1/8” holes in this small piece,those small claws on Mini Pallet worked real well.Aluminum blocking are sacrificial pieces.

Generally called hook clamps. Used in a wide variety of applications. Places like Kipp sell them...

Thanks Guys,there actually hold down Clamp/Claw from tool holders for securing inserts as first pic shows.Nice part is the thread in Claw is Lefthand Thread and Right Hand into Mini Pallet,they have a lot of Clamping Force🙂.They came in a bunch Auction Goodies,have to STOP going to Auctions &Garage Sales lol!

I got a assortment Bin from a Machine Shop Auction and a couple drawers had the clamps in them,no I don’t have inserts matching them.
