Toggle switch housing for electric motors?

I know what you're looking for but other than a couple of the local electric motor rebuild shops I wouldn't know of a source for them.
Have you tried those?

I'm sure someone here has seen or has one. Little drawn steel cover that houses a toggle switch and allows mounting it to the connection cover on the back of a NEMA 48/56 resilient frame electric motor.
I used to get them through Grainger, but it looks like they no longer offer them.
