I have news for you, definitions change. "Due to the complex history of evolving meanings and contexts, there is no clear or agreed-upon definition of the Third World. Some countries in the Communist Bloc, such asCuba, were often regarded as "Third World". Because many Third World countries were economically poor and non-industrialized, it became a stereotype to refer to developing countries as "third world countries", yet the "Third World" term is also often taken to include newly industrialized countries like Brazil, China and India now more commonly referred to as part of BRIC. Historically, some European countries were non-aligned and a few of these were and are very prosperous, including Austria, Finland, Ireland, Sweden and Switzerland."

Here is another way of making gears other than cutters and dividers. Yevgeny's channel is fun even though he speaks in Russian. However, closed captions and auto translate to English gives a word salad that generally can be reordered to make some sort of sense in English. For example:

"Friends theme manufacture gears very unusual today as a method"
-> "Friends, today's theme is an unusual method of manufacturing gears"

I've been following this guy for some time . He has an unusual approach to alternative machining ideas. He is also a talented machinist and I like his beefy lathe which looks like it has a perfect small footprint.
I dont think we will be seeing much of "Eugene the unusual ideas machinist "much in the future as he is Russian and there is no incentive as monetizing of youtube videos has been halted in Russia due to the war.
