Down in the city yes. Seems more ventilation is needed between the stalls cause there are two inch dia. holes through the stall walls :O

Security seems to be not just a deterrent for the honest anymore. Its more like a calling card for the thieves. If its worth securing its worth stealing. People are crazy!!! Like Paul's Sizzler Heffers. I miss sizzler. Cheap food and a decent salad bar. Oh, and the bread... JR

Don't know.....maybe.
I've seen guy enter the restroom at work, being certain to only touch object with their hand protected with a paper towel, then prop their cell up on the urinal and proceed to use it.
Go figure.

Personally, I tend to get in and out of public washrooms as quickly as possible. Why would somebody want to hang around long enough to carve a poem into the door, or prop up the sink with a cane, then remove all the fasteners? What's the fascination with vandalism anyway? I mean, I can see doing a mural on a washroom wall to sunny things up a bit, but stealing toilet paper? 'Hey Mikey, what's that under your jacket? Sure looks like a roll of toilet paper out of the restroom.' 'Maybe you should check in with a psychiatrist'

Maybe they're trying to start a movement- ok I can see that. Could be why you're in there in the first place-
