I have the three originals. They are enjoyable light reading and lots of good tidbits of info. It seems most people find something in them that is useful and they are entertaining. I still pull them down off the shelf periodically to read and reread. I'd buy a copy of # 4 if it were to finally get published.Last edited by alanganes; 03-17-2023, 08:23 PM.

The best investment you can make is buying a copy of the index: it allows you to search across all three volumes. I got mine a couple of years ago in pdf format (had to sign an agreement that I wouldn’t share the file), so it’s easy to search. With the new printing and additional content it’s probably out of date, but maybe Guy will have it updated once he’s finished with changes to volumes 2 & 3.Avid Amateur Home Shop Machinist, Electronics Enthusiast, Chef, Indoorsman.
