I never said anything about anything floating around the universe so just stop making up stuff and trying to perch yourself on a pile of it.

Damn, I wish I still have that fun little vehicle. It sure was a great thing to mess about in town with and fortunately I could afford a battery if it had ever needed one.

lol - it's a cross between the Munsters and Martha Stewart --- with a touch of "driving Mrs. daisy" lol

If you still have it then you still have it right?

I can't at all AB but I don't have to - its fine - but it does make me laugh I swear to god lol

if it makes you feel better - go back a page and show my wood splitter, just as funny to some im sure... it is surprisingly practical though - but I would not dream of driving around with it and having to claim it, at least not in person lol

                • Stop coming over all smarmy as I find that rather nauseating.

                  • It could have been a really nice basket - really lol it might have even been an ok car save for the exception if the POS has a graphite throw-out bearing lol

Im sorry it's just the combination of the two, You might as well have tried to build a wicker submarine lol It does cheer me up, and that's important - so much pain and suffering in the world and it's so good to catch a break...

                    • Please don't report me to the bearing police.

                      John Titor, when are you.

                      • Very cool you got it up and running, seems to be holding solid, what was that ratcheting sound? some kind of unlock it appears?

When you first start it up, the gimbles are "caged". It is not free to move. And when you move it around while caged, it's like one of those gyro exercise balls, it resists being moved. You can hear the bearings moaning real bad.

Anyways the clicking sound is the thing uncaging after me throwing the switch.

                          • Somebody's got themselves a pretty cool high tech toy, now you gotta mount a camera to it or something to make it useful, I do hear the bearings barking more in the locked mode upon movement now. if I get one im getting a vacuum one, but hope I don't melt a hole in one of the pistons of my little 1 liter car by running it too lean lol

                            • I do not think he knows how much air flow is needed for a vacuum gyro.

                              • It would appear that I do if I already made a statement about melting a hole in a piston right?
