This is my wife, a nurse I might ad. My Wife of coming up on 30 years sounds exactly like that. All this crap! lol And that is why I love her. JR

I'm done.
And what is for sale has Ebay auction pricing

    3d print soft jaws?

I don't suppose you asked him where it went, or you would have mentioned. Maybe he dropped it on that jaw?

Same chuck I have on my Bridgeport. It's not an expensive chuck to begin with.

That things is worth a pretty penny - the two jaw's were used extensively for making eccentric parts, it's not a tool holding chuck it's strictly for work holding...

Take it apart and compare jaws with some shown at MSC and other vendors. You may find some that will fit.

I found that these fit my 'made in Spain' chuck: https://www.mscdirect.com/product/details/45698610

A rare 2-jaw chuck. Give it a wipe down with some 3in1 oil and slap it onto a drill.

Sort of ot, my new paper weight

Wife spotted a yard sale so we stopped for a look. It was mostly girl stuff, but the husband said he had some stuff in the garage that he needed to get rid of. There was a bunch of cheap tools like you sometimes see in bargin bins and some dull and broken drill bits. This one c aught my eye so I asked what he would take for it. He said since my wife had paid for several items he would just throw the chuck in with her purchase. It looks new and works really smooth, but has one
serious problem. I probably should have let the man keep it.
