milling machine quality?

Don't have any info on the machine in question, but do have a 4 in. mill vise from them. I had to debur some of the edges when I got it, but I'm happy with the quality and accuracy. A lot of bang for the buck!

If it is Taiwanese, it may be of reasonably good quality. If at all possible, look at the one you intend to buy in person. Quality can vary quite a bit, even from machine to machine by the same manufacturer. Take a look at it, that way you can get an idea of the feel, and quality of assembly.
