Air Powered Drawbar for Bridgeport

Looking on EBAY I can find a wide varity of Pneumatic Powered Drawbars of my veritcal mill in the Step Pully and J2 type heads but vary little selection in the variable speed head catagory.
Can someone out there tell me if I bought a Step pully or other type of Bridgeport type head what I would have to do to convert it to my variable speed head?
Is it just the drawbar thats different in this tooling package or is there other portions of these packages that are different also?

I have installed at least a dozen of those air wingy things but don't remember what models or brands I put them on. Don't think it makes much difference. Personally I'm not impressed by them and would have to do a lot of tool changing to justify the expense.
