I keep photocopies of tables from catalogs or print-outs from websites in sleeves in a binder like Baddog suggests.

McMaster is an unlikely source of info but I found some good charts
for spiral retaining ring grooves on their website. They started carrying CAD drawings of alot of products on the website also
