      How about a bender like this ? I built one that has two starionary rollers that are 3" diameter. And then there is another mounted above the other two. Put the tubing in the groove in the lower rollers and then lower the top one down. The top roller is driven by a hand crank. I bend 1/2" chrome molly with it with very little ( .005" to .010" )error into about a 3" radius. The only draw back to it is you have to "roll it" a few times back and forth to get down to the desired radius. One other thing is that the last couple of inches won't get bent.
