INDEX 645 Mill pics, Cleaned up, DRO's and VFD's hooked up
Nice job -- glad you got the VFD wiring worked out.
Is the second VFD for the feed motor?
yes the second VFD is for the feed motor, even at its fastest speed
its only 9.5 inches per minute,
and yup, the wood wedged in there near the motor, is keeping the tension on the belt,
the motor-plate is busted, near where the tensioner bolt sits,
so its only working on one hings,

Hey, I'm glad you stuck with the wiring. I'm a lektricle dummass and have asked for help here many times.
You shouldn't have problems with chips flying up into your VFD's like I had with my horizontal. I had no idea the ol' gurl would fling chips 4 feet in the air.
Had to build an alu box around the cutter side to keep the chips out of the VFD.

im finding being here, new, in texas, is frustrating finding local folks, supplyers ect,
i had it down, when i was in washington, learning my way around all over again, at this age aint fun,

UPS hates me, i live on the bumpiest "river-bed" folks here call a road,
have to bribe the driver with soft-drinks, to get him to deliver,,,
hes been here every other day for two weeks, as im getting the shop set up,
