Need the name of the company that sells ready made internal hex bushings to press in a hole. Also sell square ones for making homemade boring bars. Seen here I think, cannot remember name of company in Michigan.

Boston Gear has what I think your looking for.
They call it "roll end adaptor for hex shaft".
It looks like a cylindrical flanged bushing with an internal hex hole,
and comes in different sizes.
