Ok so i've asked plenty of questions but not really shown any of my own stuff so ... made a couple of bike chain guards for a customer this weekend, both out of 316 stainless, the top unslotted one hasnt had its final polish yet hence the visible scuffs.

Thankyou. and the bend on the radius is done by cutting a wedge out of the sheet doing the long 90* bend then forming the radiused bend over a wooden former, then tacking it every 20mm or so, then its tig'ed along the edge to fuse it then ground back and polished.

They arnt massivly expensive parts but i know the guy they are for has spend *alot* of money recently on his bikes as for what the bikes are im not sure. I have about 2 - 2.5 hours in the slotted one not sure how long the other took but it wasnt as much for obvious reasons.
