  • Rubber Bar Material?

I have been Searching for Some Two Inch Diameter Black Rubber that is One Inch Thick. I need Six Pieces and it needs a three Eighths Inch Hole through the Centre. Any Ideas where to get some? Audrey

Are you talking about a hockey puck with a 3/8 hole drilled in it?

Automotive/truck type body mounts, also commonly available in polyurethane. Can also get machine mounts through Graingers or MSC (I think).

I picked up some really good rubber blocks at a rail yard once. That will be my first choice when I need some substantial rubber pieces again.
I seldom do anything within the scope of logical reason and calculated cost/benefit, etc- I'm following my passion-

            audrey:
            You can get 75 Shore (A) (HARD) Neoprene tubing 2"x3/8"x 36" #57802834 ($65.37) from JDR Industrial www.industrialequipmentsupply.net or 888-874-4421

Cut it with a mean hook (extra sharp cut off tool or hacksaw/bandsaw). A Japanese Ikeada tooth hand saw will also cut it but it takes some work.

This is actually die pad material, but it will work. The other source you could try is a caster supply house - I would get aluminum Polyurethane faced wheels.
