Nice product.
But...
Not trying got get my right of way but the proportions of the product and the die are totally different to you earlier drawing.
The proportions are almost like a v block in relation to the material.
When using thinner material you will probably get the dreaded slung.
Some of you answered my question regarding the capacity of a 3-in-1 machine. I can see a relation between the two of these. Very narrow v.

Neat! I don't SEE any indication of the dreaded S curve in any of the three straight segments after the bend. Of course, they are quite short and I am only looking at the pictures. But the part looks servicable to me.

How many tons is the press?

Someone asked me to post, so here it is. First is the video of it bending, second is the finished product, very over bent, but just shows that it works. Normally I bend with a small stop block.
