Anyone else? Lew, are you in?
That would depend on what you are going to do. I do have several
projects on tap but a few of them are not exactly intresting. The one
I'm almost done with is a new design radius turner. Have a 1" belt
sander that is in need of work and the one at school is about as bad
so am going to do both at the same time.
So keep me in mind when you have more details.

Radius Turners would be good. Seems like something simple, for a Low Difficulty Project

Just One for the Whole Fourum? The HSM Endmill Grinding Coalition = Quorn or other.
Judging by the vast number of people including me who keep asking about end mills.
Something makes me think collet chucks or something would be...interesting. People definitely make collet chucks although they sound like a toolpost grinder job. Not many pieces. I am not exactly signing up but I may.
The Something-or-other Retracting Tool holder (for threading) could be interesting, make an AXA version and 0XA for mini's sherline, ect.
          Knurling tools?
I would suggest looking at Ishamura's site as it has a lot of things that are a bit complex but might work well this way, including the screwless vise I am planning. Total material cost for that is like to be a bit less than that of a commercial one.

We should probably avoid projects like collet chucks and ball turners since they might not fit on everyone's machines. I was looking for Ishamura's site and couldn't find where I bookmarked it. He's made a couple of height gages that I think would be neat to do, as well as the screwless vise, and a ton of other great stuff. That would definitely be a good place to start.

Count me in too, I'm interested.

Another idea: maybe a boring head. I think I've seen that on Ishamura's site too. But the small screwless vise sounds good too.
