          I don't know thats an old looking machine might be a dinosaur.If you need a lathe that big well that's one thing but most people want a pretty looking 10ee or whatever it is a nice looking well made machine equivelent over here to the smart and brown 10 24 vsl good luck .
          Please excuse my typing as I have a form of parkinsons disease

            Torker, a friend of mine has a monarch that is of the same build looks of that one,, has to be one of the best lathes ever built. If that one is not worn out grab it JIM

              My Neighbors is the same with Longer Bed

              I REALLY Like running that Lathe....

              His Pacemaker is pretty nice too...

                  No...I emailed him for the specs last night. He emailed me back this morning to say it had been sold locally. DRAT!
                  I was hoping it would be big enough that nobody else would want it that bad.
                  that's how I got my Van Norman.
