Power tapping holes...how is it done?

How many here have successfully sharpened a tap, by hand, when "in a bind" and no other available? imp

I have a tap relief grinder that takes 5C collets.
Red Rocket is the brand.
Hybco is another brand out there,
but it takes some odd collet.
It can make a spiral point tap
from a hand tap.
