I've been knurling some small OD (0.25") delrin parts. The knurl is an Aloris clamp type. The rolls are somewhat coarse and this may be part of my problem. I suppose the face width is another part of it.
Does anyone have any tips for knurling plastics to prevent small parts from "rolling out" from under the knurls? Where possible, I keep part ODs large until knurling is complete but in this case the entire part is 0.25" OD.
