in a former life as a bike builder ...
I drilled out the jaws of vice grips for section of 1.5" pipe about
5" long brazed it in and split it to form the clamp that
held the bike frame or whatever. (mostly whatever)

the rest was a Tee about 3-5 feet tall bolted to the floor
all pipes/tubes sliding in one another and clamping
for different heights and rotations on every end of the tee

the vice grip body was brazed into a pipe that slid into one of the top
    members of the tee

also had some holes and pins for when you really wanted it to stay put.
    especially the center column
but most of the time it was slathered up with neverseize?
so it would hold a position but you could push to change it.

I hate to say it but the first thing that popped into my head was "Monty Python"
Forty plus years and I still have ten toes, ten fingers and both eyes. I must be doing something right.

Two donor bikes. Use the seat tubes and stems for the vertical post and horizontal bar. Rig up a clamp of your own design. Use the rest of the donor frames for the base.
          Weld together.
