Suggest you use google advanced search, and put "bilton machine tool" in the "this exact wording or phrase:".

I found patents, and records of an association with Parsons Foundry Co and Standard Manufacturing Co.....

There are a few hits in google. Last patent assigned to this company:

Patent number: 1325639
Issue date: Dec 23, 1919
Inventor: HOAGLAND
Assignee: THE BILTON MACHINE TOOL COMPANY

There are some references to Senate testimony on tariffs by C.E Bilton of Bilton Machine Tool in 1921.

In November 1915 the Parsons Foundry Plant was purchased by interests close to the Standard Manufacturing Plant which assured a certain supply of material for the company This close association continued until May 1917 when the Bilton Machine Tool Company succeeded to the business of both plants under which firm name the industries are now conducted and constitute one of the important industrial enterprises of the city History of Bridgeport and vicinity By George Curtis Waldo

The address of the company was:

Automatic Bilton Machine Tool Co 555 No Washington Ave Bridgeport Conn

The 555 N. Washington Av address now is home to a place called the Black Horse Garage. Looks like they do service & restoration on REAL high-end cars - like Astin-Martin, Jag, etc. That is NOT a real good niehborhood!
