  • Anti-seize for Aluminum on Aluminum

OK, so I cut some external and internal threads, and now want to connect them. I cut the threads so there is a little wriggle both radially and axially. I did a google search, but didn't find any mention of what anti seize you should use for aluminum on aluminum.

Bostik Never-Seez, Heavy Metal Free grade. It's designed to prevent galling with soft metals. The lack of metal fillers prevents dissimilar metal corrosion.

I totally agree with Evan, but it really depends on your application

Metal Free grades are for providing error free torgue and complete seating of the materials. Nickle compounds are used in pipe fitting and provide some lubercateing qualities but at the same time provide a metal filler to fill tiny micro leaks. They will gall and are "Single Use"
