Well if one has any money these days it's a great time to toolup.......and the bonus part is your starting with quality pieces.......that 12" table will make the left one droop when lifting though.........LOL

Just scored a Yuasa 12" rotary table, Mitutoyo depth mike, Palmgren tilting vise, Palmgren rotating vise, Lufkin adjustable parallels, Starrett radius gauges and a Do-All Wear Block set for $270.

Kinda bittersweet, though as I got them from a machine shop that's going out of business after 28 years.
