Some time long ago, I built a jig like that to do second spark plug holes on the mill.
Mine was a lil different thou, I fool with older junk with a five hole head.
You see the jig to hold the cases "off mill table" to make up for boring for a big bore kit? them are old pre-evo junk too.. someday they'll hit the junk truck with a thump.
I have rode Harleys since I was 18, my first being a BiCentinial shovelhead, my current a Evo, I have worked on them evos and they have a few quirks. One of the best engines HD has ever built. I am not a fan of the twin cam.
If it was the 1900's I'd be touting the advantages of a leather belt drive tho. I still want a Hayabusa. For a day. or ??
