spanner nuts

Does anyone know of a list of specs. for spanner nuts. I'm guessing the numbers on them are standard across the industry, but I've never been able to find the specs. It always turns into a guessing game to figure it out.

Well at work we deal with lots of spanner nuts and yes there are specs,but I will have to look at work for them,maybe try Machinery's handbook?
