  • OT- The web, before there was a web...

    No metal working content, but I'm sure many in this group will find this interesting in itself, and from a history of technology standpoint.

    Not sure if any of you had see or heard of this before, but it is new to me. I found this most fascinating, seems another case of a brilliant idea(s) that came along well before there was anything near the technology to implement it. I've always found those situations interesting, though it must be incredibly frustrating to those with the vision and drive to try to pull it off anyhow.

          I'd never heard of him either. I'm always impressed by people who can think on that sort of scale. Apparently not a something I'm gifted with...
