I dropped, limbed, and chunked up 6 35' - 40' spruces that were causing problems. All down with no houses or humans injured (besides my sore back). I call that a win.
Yesterday we had 2-3" of rain. Today it cleared out and it was very nice. I decided to take a walk with Mr Tibbs down Warren Road, which is now safe to do because of the bridge closure. Some pictures along the way:
There is a huge stand of bamboo shown in the two top images:
The third image below is a large puddle with hundreds of tadpoles. Here is a short video clip.
Removed the panel of my Deckel, so I can get at the wiring and replace it, and then also replace the buttons. The earlier owner had bolted on a plastic breaker box and ran wire outside the machine when the originals broke.
The cover was not as heavy as I feared, I had been expecting something a lot heavier but this was quite easy to handle alone.
Color matching turned out like this despite looking spot on in the store.
I just loaded up the episode on HBO Now, and they have already edited out the coffee cup at 17:40
No, the team from Stargate, Timeless, or Dr Who travelled back in time or is it to another planet to change history by removing the offending item before it caused a time rift....... It never happened.

Getting ready to pressure wash mower and underside of deck. Mower weighs 1600 lbs with a 6 foot deck.
I would feel much better if the skid steer hoist locks were in place holding that mower in the air. Bottom picture shows the lock retracted. Please do not climb in, on, or around a hoisting machine without first securing the lift. Have a knowledgeable assistant lock the boom BEFORE exiting the machine. A skid steer loader can be a terribly unforgiving machine.
