Happy birthday Brian, and congrats on your weight loss. I too have diabetes and take three pills for it, two of them twice daily and still have readings in the 150's. I'm not overweight, but inherited the sugar gene from family. When I was walking a mile each day the numbers dropped 30 points, so keep up the fat mans walk. I stopped walking for other health reasons, but I'm well enough now to get back on the trail as soon as I finish one last project
