  • Cleaned out all the material and scrap I've been tossing under my garage steps for years. Broke down all the cast aluminum pieces into small enough chunks to fit my little crucibles. Was checking the chunks to see if they'd fit and had a laugh as it reminded me of the old monkey eating the cue ball joke for some reason...... Found some things in there I had no idea I even had lol.

One step closer to getting my rolling stock/material carts to go in there, so I can organize stuff instead of everything tossed in milk crates.

As I walked by the shed it looked like it needed to be painted and without close inspection, just a little scraping. HA! It didn't take long before I realized that I needed "a bigger boat".

Man ... that's what I'm talkin 'bout. Orders of magnitude faster. And much less sweat.

The shed is 90 -110 years old & has suffered a lot of neglect. It's a relic and symbol of a different time.

ID:	1879910 Had a time out today, I stopped to remove a chip that had found it’s way inside my milling vise. Washed, stoned all the precision surfaces. Now ready for assembly.
I cut it off twice; it's still too short

You need some tomatillos and poblanos to go with.... We grow a salsa garden, plus some sandwich peppers for roasting (they go in oilive oil and garlic for a bit)

What type of cherry tomatos? Are they just turning red, or are they a black variety? I have some "Black Krim" in, but we are way behind you in growing season.

So that's where my rain went. Until a couple days ago it was so dry where I live in northern Minnesota that on the hilltops even the weeds were wilting. Nice rain yesterday gave me almost enough moisture to plow, got more this early morning. Whew, though everything was going to die from the drought.

We have been severely wet since spring of 17 the water table is beyond full and water is boiling up in middle of gravel roads that's never been seen before.A nice rain about April 10 would be good

                              • Your rain is down here. had at least 4" of rain recently. Except that that "hurricane" went through earlier, and we got less than 1/4" of rain from it. I think it went west of us.
