16 amps three phase 380 VAC is 10.5 kW, so 300 amps output at 30 volts would be fine on 13 AWG. And that is intermittent duty. Motor starting is a bit different, where initial locked rotor current can 3-4 times rated. A power factor correction capacitor at the load may help with start-up.

Doing well. Had a scare when they ate a big cooked bone and had constipation, but that has "passed". I've been letting them off-leash a bit, and they stay close to me and check back when they go ahead. But Griffey gets excited and runs at Nyke and "attacks" her. Maybe just playing or asserting his dominance, but she does not seem to be amused. Fortunately he will back off when I tell him to. Some more recent pictures:

What I did today... Watched "Rat Patrol" and "12 O'clock High". Wow. Things were different back in the early 60s. Wife watched half a dozen Perry Mason episodes. Wow. Things were a lot different back in the 50s.

Washed some dishes. Cooked breakfast. Went shopping. Wow. Things are a lot different in the 2020s.

I spent an hour patching our "refuse bin", AKA wheeled garbage can. Due to poor design the can is likely to be picked up at an angle, with all the weight of the large lid on one side of the hinge. Over time the plastic cracks from all the flexing. Sometime in the last 10 to 15 years I drilled a few holes and added some thin sheet-metal braces. Last week I noticed that 2 of the 4 braces had cracked. The lid was askew when the garbage truck put it back on the curb.

Tonight I made a couple new braces and brackets from 3/8 x 1-1/2 inch steel bar. The can is probably stiffer than new now. Tomorrow I'll try to use my "plastic welder" to seal up the cracks. It's not structural, I just want to stop any new cracking.

300A Kemppi MasterTig 325DC G specifies 16A fuses and 2.5mm2 (~13 AWG) is good enough for that ad infinitum. Inverter machine so doesn't care much about input voltage fluctuations.
16A 3-phase outlets are really common everywhere but larger than that gets rare.

We have 16 and 32 amp three phase outlets at my place. Lots of my big motors run on the 32 amp plugs. It must be different in your country.

haha! I would not put the work into fixing a plastic garbage can, but it's a huge can (95 gallon / 359.614 liters) that I only manage to fill up once or twice a year. When you need the extra room it's quite handy. I'd trade it in but they don't provide that size anymore. Since we also have a 65 gallon can for yard waste and yet another 30+ gallon can for recycling not much goes in the big one.

16A 3-phase outlets are everywhere but 32A is usually installed only where its actually needed. I can pretty much count on 100% that 16A outlet is available in every industrial location, shop, market, kitchen restaurant etc. 32A outlets are not as common and if I would need one it would be better to check in advance before dragging a monster 600A welder on the site.

Replaced my southern end facia, that had rotted due to improper placement of the gutter. The facia was cut so the gutter fit inside and water was able to run behind the facia and rot all that supported it. So now all the rotted wood was replaced by new wood and the gutter now ends in front of the facia.

Possibly got "struck" by lightening yesterday? I dunno. I was leveling a lathe, and had my fingers inbetween the lathe and some concrete blocks. I feel a little zap go between my fingers. About 1.5 seconds later I hear thunder. Mom looked at a weather app later and saw that there was a strike about 3/8 of a mile away. The math ads up, and the direction it sounded in is correct. Idk, hard to imagine that lightening could travel 3/8 of a mile though the ground. And then the power was off, so I'm not sure how I would be in the path of least resistance. Maybe I just pinched a nerve. Sure felt electrical though. Idk.

Indeed, but it was safely cribbed. I was adjusting a leveling nut.

OK, good on the cribbing. It just brought back bad memories of how my left index finger got smashed 60 years ago. Still hurts today.
