  • Atlas 10" Lathe dials

Does anyone have a source for the cross slide and compound dials. Mine are in very poor shape and need to be replaced. Perhaps someone has a method to restore the ones I have.
    Thanks,
    Tom E

    Check with these folks:

I've bought a few (pricey) bits from them in the past.

      Tom,

I make replacement dials and kits of materials and drawings if you want to do it yourself. It's an 1-1/2" dial that's much easier to read and has a sleeve for easy zero set. Online is www.tallgrasstools.com or email if you have special requirements.

Tom: I installed Tgtools dials on my Atlas Horizontal mill. Much easier to see.
No interest in the company, though I do know him. i am satisfied.
