I bought mine from Single Source Technology in Auburn Hills Michigan. They are a dealer for Hamier US but they billed through an office in Mississauga Ont. They where very nice people to deal with. My 3D taster was $318.00 Can. back in the spring, they discount off of the list prices.

On page 962 of their online catalog they show two types of tasters.

One is a generic Chinese type, they want $278. These can be had for $160.

The other shows a Fowler for $504. The picture is identical to my Haimer 3d taster right down to the corporate id on the dial. I got mine for $300.

    No bargains at Penn Tools.

I had an MSC flier awhile back that had a bench vise onsale for more than the list price.

    I think that's called a typo.

Has any one else got the new Penn Tool catalog, while going thru it on page 3 I noticed that they had a 3D Taster on sale with a list price of $570.00 and a sale price of $570.00, do they think that people don't compare prices between sale and regular.
