  • Rotating Mill head?

I bought a RF-45 copy mill/drill and am need to rotate the mill head 45 degrees. I loosened the two large nuts that hold the head from rotating and pushed on the top and pulled on the bottom hard trying to rotate it but it doesn't budge. Am I missing something?

One more nut up under the head, or at 6 o'clock if you like!

I just glanced over this article, but maybe there is something there to help.

The parts may just be stuck together with whatever they coat it with to prevent rust. Maybe try dribbling some kerosene into the seam, and tapping into it with a putty knife.
