Anyone Help Me with Casting Aluminum

Hi,

Anyone here know anyone that would be interested in casting some aluminum for me?

I am looking to have some flight grips (throttle and stick) made for military jet simulators.

The grips are hollow inside and usually a two-part or three-part casting that is either screwed or welded together.

I can get further information upon request.

Quantities would not be a high volume part, but maybe 10 to 50 parts a year.

I'd sure like to see more of what you are doing. I like casting aluminum but I am still perfecting my equipment and methods. I've made quite a few various mistakes and the last miss step I wasn't even aware of until I took off my coat. I must have reached over the exhaust hole when dropping metal in and it melted 1/3 of the bottom of my sleeve. That could have been serious. It pays to pay attention I guess. Do you have a file on it in AutoCad or another program?
