Just an FYI from someone not very computer literate,

I went to the miller4less site and I get all kinds of warnings from AVG among others...like I said not computer literate so YMMV

How many AVs are you running? You should never run more than one active scanner.

Best to run a full passive scan using MBAM. Download the free version, let it update then run.

MBAM (MalWareBytes) and AVG are intended to be compatible. I've had no problem running them in conjunction over the past many years (since MBAM first came out.)

Others are not so compatible with one another, Many times one will get into a battle with another and nothing gets done.

The free version of MBAM is a passive scanner.
