Does anyone have a digital copy of the parts manual for a Brown & Sharpe No. 2 grinder?

Thanks for the links, I have searched pages upon pages ... nothing like the info for a bridgeport. I found a manual that is $50 but it says its for a manual machine with serial # after 18000. Mine has auto table feed and is serial # 10783. I was hoping there would be a yahoo group or a writeup of a rebuild. I thought these were more plentiful amoung old surface grinders.

I paper copy for 2L model. I can drop it into the copier and scan to a pdf. Maybe that will give me the incentive to finish restoring mine I'm most of the way there.... just need to straighten two shafts after some bozo picked it up by the table with a forklift not long after it was born. Luckily the ways are pristine - it just "sat in a dusty corner" for 50 years!

I have a bunch more pictures somewhere, including the modifications I made to the oil system.

Nice looking machine, Looks like I have quite a bit of work ahead of me. I imagined the table mech. would be involved but without drawings I am reluctant to tear it apart, after seeing your pictures I think I'll wait until I have some reference. Thanks for sharing.

            Is yours a 2L or a 2?

I have a No.2, I'm not sure how much difference there are between the two. Mine does not have hydraulics, the table feed is mechanical.

The 2L is also mechanical, but has a separate motor for the spindle and table feeds -no very long serpentine belt.
