  • how is this insert held?

    These inserts are held by some sort of cam activated by turning the screw - it is not unique to this insert company. How does the cam look like, are there any diagrams you might have?

        Looks like theres a few variations on the clamping of the insert.
        The one piccied is just a centre screw fixing like a screwcutting insert without the P clamp.

        Looks like its putting a cut on for such a small insert, might have to invest.
        Iscars a trusted company they do superb products which have been tested and one i prefer to use.
