  • Pine Drill Grinder

Recently purchased off kIJIJI a "Pine Drill Grinder" very cheap, originating from Saskatchewan, Can. It claims to sharpen drills from 1/4" to 3". Model 300 75. Has a 1/2 hp tefc Baldor motor and seems complete except for a cable broken that works, somehow when the motor is rotated through it's arc. The trough that hold the drill has a stop and moves back and forth with a lever action and could handle a drill up to about 30"!
Anyone familiar with this tool? I can post pictures if anyone shows an interest. I would mostly like information about it and a copy of a manual if at all possible. googling it has given limited info - mostly past auctions that have had one listed.

I remember seeing a couple at auctions. If I remember correctly, they are a bench top unit and are made in Canada?
