If anyone attends the show at Coolspring, PA this coming w/e, please be sure to look me up. Normally located about in the middle of the field, 2 or 3 rows from the front, Silver Avion trailer and silver Dodge p/u. Will have my 3 engines and my rendition of Brian's sawmill.

Here's details on the Coolspring Power Museum; if you're a gas engine guy, there's much to love. There are no tractors and little to no steam to distract. See:

They should have their Snow engine running this year (I hope!) see:

      Interesting STEAM distracts? How exactly?

Steam and tractors distract from the main focus at C.S., which is I.C. engines. This year, the Feature Engine was "Oil Engines", which include Diesel and Hvid (a form of Diesel, see:, scroll down to "homemade Hvid")

The good news is that the Snow is finally running! First startup was Tuesday evening; as I didn't arrive until Wednesday, I missed that, but observed 2 other starts.

Attendance was good, and there was no heavy rain. A bit of drizzle on Thursday is all. It began raining on Sunday morning as we were leaving. The Muley sawmill was a tremendous hit with everyone, I even found a customer for all the boards. The guy builds birdhouses, using little boards about like those coming off the mill.

        Ohio Mike,
I'll be in the model building at Wauseon with my stuff.
