I am not the easiest patient at all. That is simply because I know more about my medical issues than nearly all doctors on the planet. Mention Piebaldism and CCHS to any of them and the face goes blank. The good ones then allow me to explain. The bad ones have quickly seen the last of me which is the best for both of us.

So far I don't seem to be getting worse so it seems to still be in control. It will take a couple of weeks to be reasonably sure of that. Between now and then I could either see little to no change or I could pass out in minutes and never wake up. It sure cuts down the long term planning ideas. Really short projects for now.

Ah don't worry about long term projects.
Someone once asked: "But what if you died?!" me: "... Then it wouldn't be my problem anymore, would it?"

Rather than thinking short term projects, why not 1/2 make some complicated machine such as the Antikythera mechanism. Something that would take until the next century to figure out, of course sign it in Hieroglyphics.

I have been doing some serious research looking for a drug that can treat my orthostatic hypotension. This is when I stand up my heart rate goes way up and my blood pressure drops way down. On the other direction when I lie down my hearts rate goes way down but my blood pressure can go way above normal. This is likely either the entire cause or certainly part of the reason for the strokes along with existing weak blood vessels.

I found a drug that has very recently been found to do the job nearly perfectly. It drops supine blood pressure by 30 to 40 points but also raises standing pressure enough to prevent dizziness and lack of oxygen.

              The drug is Viagra.

I spent most of my money on women and booze, the rest I just wasted.

'the comeback kid' that the best way I've heard it put yet. Sometimes the choice is out of your grasp, other times you are the master. Let's hope you are the master this time, and many times to come.

Evan: You get better!! I'll bring up my Model A and leave the two of you to use the back seat ( lots of room ) to fool around while I go for a walk and talk to the animals. Wayne.

                        How about Florinef?

How about a gravity activated mast suit? Would be easy to invent and make us rich.

Sure we can think of something. I need you here to give me some inspiration.

I knew you would find the cure! Better buy some baggy pants. Again So far, so good! Keep going!
There is a movie line that fits this pretty well from the old Red Dawn that says "If your going to die, die standing up" I believe you'll live a long time but I always liked that line & it seem to fit. Godspeed my friend!

I love that so called warning in the ads "if you get an erection lasting 4 hours or more seek medical attention" that's not a warning, that's the best advertising line they could use! All the old duffers thinking 4 hours WOW!
Evan this shows you are still a genius, finding a pure medicinal use for having to take Viagra.
