    Seeing as they don't quote the helical angle I'm guessing 3/4 DP for tooth form.

        A couple of years ago I made one like that on my Sherline but just a few inches shorter!

        The tolerance is impressive because they had to maintain set temps for measuring so it wouldn't heat up too much.

          Isn't. Pd = number of teeth/ pitch diameter

          Number teeth = 344

          Pitch diameter approximately = 522-3.4= 518.6

          Pd = 0.6633
