thanks, I have the pdf of the manual. The wheel at the top is set differently in my manual that's all.

I looked at your picks and I'm not sure what you mean about the Z axis wheel. Your's is setup just like my grinder. I have the manual in pdf form if you need it. Also, there is a Yahoo group dedicated to these little grinders. Mine does a pretty good job - just works you to death.

Probably intended for planer and mitre guillotine blades, not critical just sharp.

The first shop I worked in back in 1957 had a similar grinder .I believe that it was a Delta brand. Good luck .Edwin

I'm still cleaning it up, but the Rivett half is really interesting. I doubt I'll be doing any precision surface grinding, but it should be good for some things anyway.Tags: None
